Victoria and Ian love Philadelphia so it was no surprise that they wanted to celebrate their engagement by exploring the beauty of Old City. The leaves were perfectly changed and provided beautiful color to contrast the clean marble from the Merchants Exchange Building where we started their session. Later on they had some fun popping a bottle of champagne at Race Street Pier overlooking the gorgeous Riverfront and Ben Franklin Bridge.

THEIR LOVE STORY

Victoria and Ian’s story began when they met at a party for mutual friends. Neither one of them was looking for love, but they instantly connected and even shared an umbrella when walking for pizza later that night! Later on they planned a date at one of their favorite lunch spots in town. Victoria remembers how instantly safe and comfortable Ian felt. He made her feel so beautiful on the inside and out and she knew from that moment on there was something special about him. They took things slow and rather than dating grew a friendship from that moment on.

After their friendship grew in to love and dating for some time Ian knew it Victoria was the one he wanted to spend his forever with. Ian and Victoria went back to their college to take a picture at one of Victorias favorites spots! She had always wanted a picture there together and never let him live down the fact that they didn’t have one there. When Ian was about to propose he set up his camera to capture the entire thing. They were both so excited that they cannot remember what either of each other said except for the fact that Victoria said yes of course! Victoria cried and said yes while jumping in to Ians arms at the same time!Ian and Victoria will be getting married this June at Michener Art Museum in Doylestown, PA.
