Emily and Alex celebrated their incredible Pennsylvania wedding day at the gorgeous Merion Golf Club just outside Philadelphia. Emily’s sister had previously gotten married at the same venue and it truly shares how important family is to them. They were also married at the same church and had a stunning painting of it featured during Emily’s bridal prep at her families home. Alex and Emily both love to golf together so having their wedding celebration at a place other than a golf course wasn’t really on the table for them. They both love doing things together as well as spending quality time with their loved ones. Emily also wanted to pay tribute to her mother and honor her memory by covering their reception space in her favorite color, yellow as well as featuring some of her favorite florals. Their band by BVT Live kept the party going all night. One of my favorite moments during their wedding day was their first dance that they shared, which was choreographed and seamlessly done. They even included a romantic lift and shared a romantic kiss at the end.
