My heart will always lie in being a Philadelphia wedding photographer. However, while MTA primarily documents weddings throughout the Northeast, that doesn’t mean a destination wedding isn’t right around the corner. MTA is no stranger to destination weddings and frankly, are some of our favorites to photograph. It allows us the opportunity to travel and explore different cities and architecture throughout the world. One thing will always reign true when it comes to the wedding industry: love can be found anywhere. Recently we made our way to the city of love to document a gorgeous Springtime destination editorial Paris wedding. Romantic blush tones, the Eiffel Tower, and The Louvre are some of the most iconic landmarks we visited.
MTA focuses on not only being a Philadelphia Wedding Photographer. We also focus on being accessible to document all love stories no matter the distance. For a better definition of what exactly a destination wedding is, check out our detailed blog post here.
Destination weddings can have different definitions, depending on who you ask. However, generally, we can assume that destination weddings are anywhere that is not where you currently live. This could be 30 minutes outside of your hometown or halfway across the world in Rome, Italy. The sky is the limit and it allows you to explore your options when it comes to having a destination wedding.
Destination weddings offer a plethora of benefits for couples. Some of them include a wedding and honeymoon in one, a sense of adventure, and more of an immersive experience for your special day. Overall, if you couldn’t tell… MTA is a big fan of destination weddings.
It’s no secret that Paris, France is one of my all-time favorite destination wedding locations. The architecture, history, and beauty are to die for and it’s called the City of Love for a reason! Aside from that though, there are still a wide range of reasons to have a Paris wedding that just might intrigue you to book two tickets sometime soon.
You can’t talk about Paris and not talk about the romantic atmosphere. It seemingly radiates as soon as you get off the plane. Being named The City Of Love, Paris offers a romantic ambiance that is unlike any other place in the world. Yes, I know that’s a bold claim. Paris creates the perfect romantic and intimate ambiance for any destination wedding. Making it the perfect option to go and tie the knot.
This goes without saying but without a doubt, Paris offers a wide range of photo opportunities that IMO… are unmatched. From the decadent structured landmarks like The Louvre and The Eiffel Tower to even going to the nearby streets right by your hotel. Every twist and turn you take, you will find another hidden surprise that this wonderful city has to offer. If you’re a big fan of getting the perfect photos for your wedding day, then Paris offers plenty of photo opportunities for you (and your wedding photographer) to check out.
Last but certainly not least, Paris holds some of the most romantic wedding venues for your destination Paris wedding. Due to it not only being the City of Love but also a fashion capital, many wedding venues offer some of the most luxurious amenities that are too hard to pass up. Below are just some of the many great wedding venues to check out if you’re thinking of having a Paris wedding.
On our recent journey to Paris, we documented the most breathtaking Springtime-inspired editorial wedding. We embarked on this adventure and took on sights such as The Eiffel Tower, The Louvre, The Pont Alexandre III Bridge, and many more out-of-this-world landmarks. Wandering throughout this remarkable city shows that love is cherished in a million and one ways, all throughout the world. The beauty of Paris allows us to let not only love radiate through the camera but everything surrounding us as well. This Springtime destination editorial Paris wedding gave us the chance to fall in love with Paris all over again, and I’m not mad at it.
