I am a firm believer in choosing a wedding venue that is able to check most (if not all) the boxes. You should never invest in a venue that will not be able to meet your wedding day needs. As we all know by now, wedding amenities are a huge component in driving couples to choose their wedding venue. If one wedding venue offers more than the other, this could be a huge deterrent in a couple booking that wedding venue. Not always, but a lot of the time yes! The more wedding amenities included in their wedding package, the more bang for their buck that they can get. That’s the name of the game, honestly. Luckily in our case, The Mill at Lakeside Manor offers a good range of wedding amenities to help ensure couples are taken care of on their special day. Some of those wedding amenities include:

You know when you wake up and know that it’s going to be a good day? That’s exactly happened the morning of Katie and Mike’s wedding day. The months and months of planning lead up to this moment and we couldn’t have been more excited to get everything started. We took a few photos of Katie and her bridesmaids sipping some celebratory champagne in their silk robes. Katie’s slip and robe specifically was actually made from reminisce of her mothers wedding dress which I thought was such a sweet touch. Shortly after, Katie slipped into her Pronovias dress where her bridesmaids (and me) gasped at her beauty.
Awaiting nearby at Divine Park after getting ready his groomsmen, was Mike. The anticipation was building as we knew any moment he would turn around to see his beautiful bride-to-be. The way his eyes lit up and her smile expanded ear to ear says it all. We spent this time relishing in every moment and taking some gorgeous photos of course, before making our way back to the venue for their ceremony. The weather was perfect for a Fall outdoor ceremony. Thanks to Liv Florally, the breathtaking peach, cream and rust floral arrangements were divine and exactly what was needed to liven up the ceremony space. The ceremony ran smoothly and since Mike is Jewish, a celebratory glass breaking was a must to solidify such a joyous occasion.
Inside the ballroom, a dimly lit space await. The peach, cream and rust floral arrangements made their way to the table centerpieces livening up the space even more. As guests came trickling in, they were greeted with signature cocktails named after Katie and Mike’s dog and cat. A great way to spruce some details for your wedding day and make it feel more like you, just sayin’. Emotions were running high as these two are head over heels in love, but hey that’s kind of the whole point! The remainder of the night was spent drinking good drinks, hitting the dance floor (hard) and enjoying celebrating the newlyweds. Another successful wedding day in the books!
