From the beginning, their wedding felt deeply personal. Every detail reflected who they are as a couple, from heartfelt vows to thoughtful design choices. Most importantly, the day honored their shared love of family, faith, and celebration.

A Greek Orthodox Ceremony in New Jersey

The day began at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Piscataway, New Jersey. Christina and Alex exchanged vows during a traditional Greek Orthodox ceremony, complete with the crowning ritual. This sacred moment symbolized unity, faith, and commitment.

Meanwhile, the ceremony space felt intimate despite the large guest count. Soft candlelight and meaningful traditions created a reverent atmosphere. As a result, the ceremony was both emotional and unforgettable.

Earlier in the afternoon, Christina prepared for the day in true black-tie fashion. Her gown by Saiid Kobeisy, purchased from Elizabeth Johns, featured an inner corset and a sleek zip-up design. It took just minutes to step into, yet it made a dramatic statement.

Before heading to the ceremony, Christina shared first looks with her father and bridal party. These moments were filled with laughter, emotion, and happy tears. In addition, her slate blue bridesmaids’ dresses perfectly complemented the romantic palette.

Meanwhile, Alex’s attire included a custom jacket lining embroidered with their names and wedding date. This subtle detail added a meaningful and personal touch.

Later, the energy shifted as the band from Hank Lane Music & Productions filled the dance floor. Eventually, the celebration transitioned into a lively after-party with a DJ. Because of this seamless pacing, guests stayed engaged all night long.
