As for pricing, much like any wedding venue, it will depend on several different factors. You will need to determine whether you want to use the venue for a ceremony and/or reception. Premium Early Access Permits at Vizcaya

You also have the option to reserve a Premium Early Access Permit. This specific permit will give you access to either their Gardens or Main House from the hours of 8am – 9:30am before Vizcaya opens to the public. These permit costs range from $450-$750 + tax.

While the grounds are luxurious and completely capable of hosting large weddings, that is not the goal of the Vizcaya Museum & Gardens. In fact, Vizcaya is best suited for smaller and more intimate weddings. Again, this is partly due to being able to preserve the nature of the entire estate and create more of an intimate and intentional wedding experience for guests. Although this is the case, the wedding guest capacity of Vizcaya is fairly wide. Giving couples plenty of flexibility in their guest list! The Main House can accomodate up to 100 seated guests. While the East Terrace that overlooks Biscayne Bay, can accomodate up to 300 seated guests.

• Dancing and/or band set up and chairs for seating are not permitted on marble floors

• Boats are not permitted to dock at Vizcaya

Giving you plenty of opportunity to enjoy the scenery and landscaping without completely drenching yourself in sweat. You’ll thank me later.
